What can I offer you?
I can prepare an Indonesian dinner at your home for six or more
people, or an Indonesian buffet for parties up to 100 guests.
How does it work?
You invite your guests and lay your table. I bring all the ingredients
as well as special kitchen utensils (large chopping boards, hot
trays etc.). I can cook wherever there are four gas burners or
electrical plates available. I serve the courses and place the
dishes in the dishwasher afterwards if you wish. In case of large
buffets I can bring plastic dishes and cutlery. (Details to be
discussed in advance.) I leave after serving dessert, so you can
enjoy the rest of your party with your guests.
An indication of the price
The price per person depends on the number of guests and the (number
of) courses you choose. See the menus.
A dinner for 6-8 persons with soto ayam, rendang, udang or fish,
gado-gado, white rice, krupuk and pisang goreng costs € 29,50
p.p. For larger groups and buffets the price is reduced.
Dishes and cutlery
I can provide dishes, soup bowls and cutlery for a maximum of
100 persons at € 3,- p.p.
